SÃO PAULO - Menendez Amerino, Brazil's largest cigars producer, will launch its Dona Flor Rothchilde, during the event Epicure 2008, according to information disclosed by the company. The cigar is made with the Brasil-Bahia tobacco and its creation was based on a research on selected tobacco leaves. Menendez Amerino manufactured 3 million cigars by the end of 2007, as well as 12 million cigarillos. The event will be held from April 28 to 30 in São Paulo.
