ACME Sports & Entertainment, Inc. Changes Name to Casa Havana

ACME Sports & Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ASEN) changes name to Casa Havana. The new company name will also have a new trading symbol and a 10-1 reverse split which is set for June 14, 2008.

Casa Havana was launched in February 2008 and is a cross between a coffee bar such as coffee giant Starbucks coffee and a cigar bar.

Casa Havana's new smoke friendly coffee bars will cater to smokers who are tired of being asked to step outside while enjoying a gourmet cup of coffee. With more and more states banning smoking in restaurants, bars and public areas, the Casa Havana model offers an alternative setting for smokers.
