PUROS INDIOS CIGARS ANNOUNCES THE NEW CUBA ALIADOS "ANNIVERSARY" LIMITED PRODUCTION EDITION

Puros Indios Cigars is pleased to announce the release of the special edition Cuba Aliados "Anniversary" cigar. The Anniversary is an aged, limited production cigar offered in four all new, attractive formats: Power (56 x 6 "), Diademas No. 3 (58 x 5), Magico (48 x 6), and Short (48 x 4). The first two formats come with ten cigars per box and the last two come in 20 cigars per box.

The Anniversary is a unique blend by Cuban Master Blender Rolando Reyes Sr. produced to honor and celebrate the over one hundred year tradition of the brand name "Aliados" that originated in Cuba in the Nineteenth Century and also to celebrate the 83^rd birthday of Don Rolando.  Aliados was the original brand of Rolando Reyes Sr. in Cuba where he obtained it from the original owner due to loyal assistance rendered to that family. Anniversary's unique blend is a culmination of Rolando Reyes' many years of hard work, inspiration and cigar blending talents.

The unique blend of Anniversary uses Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco in the filler; and Sumatra leaf grown in Ecuador in the binder.  The wrapper is offered in two colors with distinct tobacco leaf for each color: Corojo leaf from Nicaragua for the Maduro wrapper and Ecuador Sumatra leaf for the Natural wrapper.  All tobacco in the Anniversary Colorado Claro wrapper is aged for at least seven years while the Maduro is newer. Carlos Diez says, "The natural version sports a 7 year aged Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. The maduro version sports a 3 year old Corojo Maduro wrapper.  

Anniversary production will be limited initially to 200,000 to 300,000 sticks and is also available in Europe.
